I've been eyeing this place for a place to live when I move back up in July to Utah from Vegas. Was able to go check them out in person while I was in town a couple weeks ago especially since I "blindly" applied & deposited for a unit to move into a few weeks before. When I went to go check them out in person I was pleasantly surprised to see how well the grounds look & improved & got rennovated over the last few years since I last lived there in Ogden & there's a new building that my unit will be in once when Bri gets the stuff finalized. She's been great getting the ball rolling otherwise & I was very impressed with the "model" unit I checked out in the building I'll be moving into. VERY nice & modern appliances, lighting & apartment in general with a balcony! I will update my review with all the bells & whistles once when I'm fully moved in & actually live there. But so far I am impressed with the grounds & staff! They all rock & I am looking forward to moving in soon. I highly recommend checking this place out. Bri & everyone else there will take care of you & will help with anything you need or they need from you.

I've been living here for 3 years now, and not only do I love the location and easy access to stores, I also love where I live at. The land lady Liberty is super nice and gets things done when you ask her about something. The streets and areas around the apartments are clean. Overall it's the best place I've ever lived in.

Love this property. The apartments are wonderfully renovated and the complex is nice and quiet and the residents are great. By far the best part so far has been Bree. She worked with us and was always on and available for any questions I had throughout the whole process. And boy, did I bug her. 🤣

Ive honestly really enjoyed living here.. its a very up and coming area, and great location! — Shout out to the two ladies who work in the front office, they have been so helpful, great, and friendly.. definitely an amazing complex to live in!!! **** They allow pets too which is a great bonus as well!! .. Highly recommend checking this place out!

They are super friendly, are on it, and will go out of their way to be as helpful as they can. They respond to emails or voicemails quickly and will check on how you are doing. They care a lot about the property and make sure that everything is up to par. The apartments are also really clean!

So I moved into Greenhill in October 2021. They have been so nice and accommodating for each of my needs. A few things I LOVE are...... 1. Pet friendly 2. Very quiet 3. Online bill pay 4. Close all shopping centers restaurants the freeway and more 5. The new swimming pool / hot tub :) 6. The ladies in the offices are AMAZING!!

This is a great place to live. Right off of Riverdale road with access to everything and just far enough off the road for privacy. The units are nice and updated and very quiet. That's hard to find in large apartment complexes. The office staff are the best of any place I have lived. They are helpful, they work hard and they willing do anything to help you solve an issue. I had some issues that needed to be addressed and Liberty and Bri didn't quit until until it was taken care of. They really care about their resident's and it shows. That is very hard to find these days! I'm hoping to stay here a long time!!

I have had nothing but good experiences at these apts. Any problems are fixed immediately. Management staff knows what's going on around the complex which makes me feel safe from a security stand point and the complex is in a good location. Not far from the freeway, stores, restaurants and major bus lines. Pretty quiet area can't wait to try out the pool this summer.

Me and my Fiancé have only lived here at Greenhill for about a month but it’s been absolutely amazing so far! Management is very accommodating and understanding and we have not experienced any issues at all so far. We are in the new building with the newly renovated apartments and they’re beautiful, super cute and cozy and I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

If you are from the Ogden-Roy area year’s ago the Greenhill Apartments most likely wouldn’t have been your first choice. I have been here for 3 years and Greenhill At Riverdale is a whole new atmosphere. Under new management, they have completely turned these Apt’s around. All renovated units and an additional brand new building located in the back, a new swimming pool and hot tub. Much more parking and bigger parking lot’s new landscaping that catches your eyes. I recommend Greenhill At Riverdale to anyone looking, not just because all of the new features, but you won’t find property managers as good as Liberty and Bri. They worked hard to turn this place around and it definitely shows.

I hit the jackpot moving in this lovely place. The staff have been nothing but caring about every little need. They go above and beyond. All of the staff are great but Bri is exceptionally kind and helpful. I’m forever grateful that the lord has brought me to this wonderful living space. I truly believe this is the 8th greatest wonder of the world. Sometimes I just go out in the parking lot (no pot holes) and just gaze at it's beauty. I can’t get enough of it. So please people, do yourself a favor and gasp at the flawlessness of Greenhill at Riverdale

These really are great apartments. I have respectful neighbors and have not run into any issues with anyone in the community. I did have an ac that I couldn’t turn on but almost immediately the maintenance man for the property knocked on the door and resolved the problem. The girls in the office have been wonderful and so helpful even at their busiest. The apartment look really great on the inside. The only reason for leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is just because when I got off shift it is difficult to find parking near my building BUT that’s expected with my hours. So overall very happy with moving in here!

Our apartment was getting renovated and were were planning to move into a renovated apartment and things were happening that were pushing it close to our wedding, but Liberty worked really hard to be able to get us in at a convenient time before our wedding. We are so grateful that they were able to get us in as early as they did!

9/23/21 : We just left the property on 9/15/21 and their is much improvement going on, yes there is construction going on but overall the place is being refreshed, pool area is being constructed and a new building is being finished as we speak. the staff is great, Liberty, Bri (new Bri), and Will. the past 2 years there were great honestly and will responded quickly to maintenance request. thank you for being our home while we were in Utah. My son wants to thank you for his birthday card before we left last week.

I came out to Utah to work a project at the Hill air force space and needed temporary living during that time. I selected Greenhills due to proximity to the base and pricing, and for the shopping and restaurants nearby as well. The location is very nice as were the people in the office when I arrived in Riverdale. I signed a 6 month lease through December. The apartment was spacious and clean, running water was clean and drinkable, and the carpeting and bathroom area were nice. They had refurbished the apartment so most of the appliances appeared to be new. The washer and dryer were high quality and I never had any issues. I brought two pets with me and the cat fee was reasonable. From my experience this was a very pleasant stay and I loved the apartment. However some of the downsides are worth mentioning. My apartment was slightly below ground level so people could look into the apartment from outside where there's a little park area for kids and pets as well as the sidewalk. I had dogs urinate on my windows a few times and recently construction crews placed materials in front of my windows which I had to move. There are windows on the backside of the apartment too, so there were nights I would look up and see someone standing by my back window looking in with their dog. Oof. There definitely shouldn't be a path behind the backside of the building. It also wasn't uncommon to see dog poop that people would just leave on the ground in front of my windows. There is construction in the area as they are planning to build new housing, so you may have to deal with noise depending on where you live. Construction crews left a mess in front of my door a few times while doing work on the stairs. Someone also took my door mat or moved it at some point and never returned it. Weird.

I have lived here for almost 4 years now and a few months ago I moved into the newer remodeled units and I absolutely love it. It's super cute and has central air which is aaaammmmaaazing!! I also love Liberty when I thought I was getting an apartment closer to work and it fell through she made sure we still had a roof over our heads even though we had given our notice. I don't know many places that try that hard to help you out. I honestly have had no complaints since I have moved in here. I actually plan on renewing my lease again even though I work an hour away because that's just how awesome living here has been.
